Soft Launching Mal Ciputra Tangerang

The soft launching event was attended by the President Director of PT Ciputra Residence Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata, Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, and all management of Ciputra CitraRaya Mall Tangerang.

In his speech, Mr. Budiarsa Sastrawinata said that Ciputra CitraRaya Tangerang Mall is one of the innovative projects developed by the Ciputra Group, located in the heart of the CitraRaya Tangerang area. He sees that it is time for CitraRaya Tangerang to have its own shopping center because currently its residents have reached 68 thousand people spread across 50 clusters.

"The presence of Ciputra CitraRaya Tangerang Mall makes it easier for CitraRaya residents to continue their activities without having to leave the residential area. This mall is ready to welcome visitors and of course with the implementation of strict health protocols during the PSBB period," said Mr. Budiarsa.

Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar added, his party congratulated the operation of Ciputra CitraRaya Tangerang Mall. He hopes that the existence of this mall can contribute to the economy of Tangerang Regency. He also advised mall managers to pay attention to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) so they could participate as tenants at the mall.

Based on the data obtained, Ciputra CitraRaya Tangerang Mall is one of the largest shopping centers in Tangerang Regency which has an area of 4.5 hectares mall with an investment value of around IDR 1 trillion, the first phase Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 54,400 m2 and 26,000 m2 of leasable commercial area. This mall has a total planned GFA of 100,000 m2.
